Armand Tomany says:

I don’t have an expedition, however, I do have an 02 Explorer what wont
respond to when changing heat settings nor will it change from floor to
ceiling settings. I’m guessing the explorers use the same type of
actuators the expeditions do. I don’t hear any clicking and there are no
blown fuses. Can the gears get striped to the point where you wont hear
anything? The blend door actuator at the front (in the dash) is however
clicking so I know I’m going to have to replace that one (saw your video on
how to do that one).

Hi Makuloco
My name is Dave I enjoy watching all your videos
I have a question about a Mazda6 2005, I understand that in the year 2005
Mazda was made and owned by Ford.
The problem I’m having when I take off I don’t care how hard or how easy
when it shifts into second gear it jerks really hard I’m even afraid it’s
going to break my motor mounts eventually.
If you have any idea what’s causing that I would really appreciate it thank
you Dave

I was looking up some other information and came across this one. This is
great, it saved me a bunch of headache and troubleshooting for our 2006
Expedition. Keep up the good work.

Yeah I got it thank you very much. Its very helpful.

I wish ford would make metal gears inside of these.

I replaced back in 2014 a Blend Door Actuator for my Dual Zone Climate
under the driver side dash on my 2008 Ford Taurus Sedan.

Was easier than some , but still a major pain in the @$$. Part from Ford
cost about $21.
