Help! I have a cabinet and the door fell off and the hinge came apart. How do I connect the two pieces?

Also bought the same Kreg hinge jig, a little disappointed, the hole it leaves is a little sloppy and not a snug fit. Just in case you all were wondering.

From your experience, is it advisable (justo save some time mounting and dismounting hinge cups) to have the dummy door with hinge cups, but to use one hinge cup and just switch hinge plates? Basically, you are using one hinge cup to align all hinge plates. Since the hinges are screwed in using a template, there shoudn't be much offset….what's your take on that?
So, how does one know how far the center of the mortise should be from the long (vertical) edge of the door? Especially without the Kreg jig?
Can I use C1 to a 2 inches frame shared together by 2 doors so that the 2 doors on a 2 inches frame will share 2 doors and the fram wont be seen , is it possible ? thank you
