I once tried opening my PS2 and stripped one of the screws. >_>

Foxii says:

My ps2 loaded the game. When i came halfway in the first mission it freezed
and i restarted the ps2 and again in the begining of the end part it froze.
Restared the ps2 again, it had trouble spinning up the disc. and i finally
completed the mission after it read the disc and then i was going to (Hot
swap) the discs and the ps2 decided not to spin up again and now im stuck..
FUCK!

I can’t stand when people say you can’t use dvd+r. The people that say that
really don’t elaborate on why. You can you dvd+r

Anthony Burlison says:

I have a slightly different issue, I have a version of 9xxx and 7xxx
consoles, while the 90 models won’t be modded, my 70xxx can, BUT my 70xxx
has a damaged motor and lens, so modded game disc isn’t possible. I’d
rather not order spare parts. I want to ask what is the probability of
being able to run an game iso from a usb drive? After mcboot is installed
into the memory card. Thanks.

Mayeur000Donz says:

Can someone help?
I just bought a PS2 slim, and was uncertain about how to switch it off.
I’ve just learned that holding down the light button will put it into
standbye, but I don’t want to leave it to use up power while it’s in this
mode.
So, does it damage the PS2 to turn it off at the electric plug while it’s
on standbye?

AlexReyWriter says:

So if you pull out the memory card before the system boots up, the Ps2 will
just go into the default OS?

Mario Meza says:

You are the best ever! it worked after 4 discs wasted from watching other
tutorials. Im so glad to see that screen come up on my ps2! +1 like

That Canadian Gamer says:

so it is guarantied that memorex won’t work?

PotatisKnugen says:

Damn. Now i want 007 agent under fire. :(

SilverAppleStock says:

Yello, so I have a PS2 Slim here and I’ve checked that it’s compatible
since it’s not after 9.. But I’ve found a memory card on Ebay which has
Free McBoot installed. If I were to purchase this and insert it, would it
work? Without any of the other instructions? Thanks in advance!

purecotton says:

can it be any memory card or does it has to be magicgate? Thanks

appgamer000 says:

What do you select to play the burned games?

Najja Saint says:

repertory?

RightfulPrestiege says:

I have a copy of 007 Agent Under Fire. I played it as a kid and it is very
scratched so I cannot do this. I am so dissapointed in 7 year old me for
not putting it in it’s case -.-

LEGENDARY2030 says:

No need for the original game …i have a downloaded copy and it works for
me thanks man my ps2 is SCPH-77004 😀

Corvexicus says:

Sweet! Just did this on a 30001 (a fat) and works perfectly! I tried it on
a DVD+RW memorex cause it’s what I had and didn’t work. Used a DVD-R
Magnavox I got and it works. The only difference doing it on a fat is you
open the console, remove the laser guard thing (4 screws) and do the swap
without opening the tray. What I did is I flicked the real disc off while
it was spinning, and in between it trying to read the disc, when the head
isn’t spinning, put the copy on there and stick the magnet thing from the
laser cover on top in the right orientation quick, as after trying 3 times
or so, it gives up and you have to start over. The magnet thing pops out of
the laser guard easy, so have that ready before you flip the disc off the
head. One other thing: you have to start the game up to the mission load
screen and THEN pop the laser guard off quick and STRAIGHT UP so the disc
doesn’t come off right away, then do the swap.
My only problem is I like the start up sound… and without the old
browser, I don’t see a way to copy saves from one card to the other. Like
if you were to play your game normally, but then go on a trip and take your
flash drive, so then you could copy your save to your mcboot card. It
doesn’t appear to me that you can do that… ans it also used 3.3MB! out of
like 7.6 usable.

mrgoukimaster says:

Dvd+r works perfectly.

Nube Robles says:

it said free mcboot at first and then said the regular

Cain Vasquez says:

can you play import games with this?

cedrik357 says:

the hardest part is to beat lvl 1 of the game

bberchtka says:

Does it work with the PAL(German)Version of Agent under fire, too?

Jayfeather298 says:

I got the game and it was scratched. Luckily, it got past the PS2 splash
screen and did its initial disc check before hanging a black screen. I
swapped the disc with the backup at that moment and the game loaded fine.
It took a couple of reboots and I had to rush through the mission before
the game freezes up again just to get to mission 2, but I got it working
yaaas

TwoFacedTwinkie says:

Does it work on the fat ps2?

Antony Rivera says:

Is it safe to save games on the memory card in which free mcboot is
install?

uberdude521 says:

Thank you so much dude. But I am pissed I spent 3 dollars on a Sony DVD-RW
never worked but I put in a 9 cent imation disc and it worked but seriously
dude thanks

My Epic Life says:

Thank you so much!!!!

23alakazam says:

Since I don’t have agent under fire, could I try to use hot swap, with a
burned disc, then a pre patched copy? Then edit it like that. Also, can you
straight up download it to your ps2, and not the memory card, because I
don’t have a 1st party one.

Jigar Bhanushali says:

i have the model no. as scph-9**** so what can i do ?

Vinicius Borges says:

Can you upload the .iso file already modified?

ShadowReaper says:

I did the agent under fire swap trick on my ps2 slim silver edition model
79001 and worked out great. I like that I can now play burned ps2 games on
it. I will be eventually getting a external usb hardrive so I can load all
the games on it.

QOSAY NIMER says:

My ps2 is 90004 and i saw in other’s video description that if my ps2 is
SCPH-900xx and the Datacode is 8B or earlier the fmcb will be installed
fine. and mine is 8A so will it work your way TrashyCanary
(btw my ps2 has a modded chip) thx

vietnamezee says:

hey trashy canary i havent purchased the ps2 slim yet and i’m a complete
nooby at this, but he says his ps2 slim is SCPH-79001 will this work?

SoraThePokemon says:

Does it HAVE to be 007 agent under fire?
