Thanks for the video. I was trying to find out how to go to controller for
days. After watching this I learned to go to Fortza profile. Fun game
however it makes me appreciate Iracing!

How to get job inside sim racing ?
I don’t care what anyone says, I will always have a place for Forza in my
heart. When I can’t go to my bud’s place to use his racing rig this is the
next best thing.
Breaking assist is the line man
Man, these guys are driving with ABS and automatic.
I tried driving with all aids off and it’s impossible. Not to mention I’m
using the gamepad. Fixing to order the TX wheel with the GTE wheel when I
get paid next week.
As someone who doesn’t own an XB1 or a 360 (used to co-own one but moved
out before Forza 3 came out), but does own a PS3 and PS4, I honestly think
Forza 5 seems a much better game than Gran Turismo 6. I also think Forza
overtook Gran Turismo with either F3 or F4.
GT5 was a disappointment for me, and GT6 is the first in the series I
haven’t bought. I may pick it up when they release a “complete edition” at
a reduced price, but I’ve gone off the series a lot.
My biggest gripe is one that is not unique to Gran Turismo, and that is the
inability to explicitly set your POV or adjust the camera placement in the
cockpit. PD’s refusal to give us options in general is infuriating.
My second biggest gripe: Not all cars having cockpits. It completely
destroys the feel of uniformity in quality. Having blacked out cockpits is
not an acceptable compromise. If it wasn’t so well known about, someone
playing for the first time could be forgiven for thinking the game was
broken or that it was a bug.
PD spent time making sure the star constellations were correct. Really!?
They could have spent time making the clutch work properly, or adding that
much sought after livery editor (don’t care myself), but no, astronomy is
much more important! The rendering of the cars themselves was something
nobody complained about (shadows yes, cars no) but they spent time and
resources adding adaptive tesselation, yet the flickering shadows are still
there.
It is PD’s failure to listen to the fans criticism and requests, or even
sanely prioritise that has put me off the series. I know it’s early to be
making predictions, but I’m not optimistic for GT7.

I got the 100 dollar steering kinda sucks that it doesn’t have vibrations
or force feedback but I Really don’t have the money to throw 400 on a
racing wheel

What cockpit are you using?
Neither gt6 or forza 5 is awful. GT6 is the better driving game, but forza
is a bit more exciting, that’s all. The content of Forza 5 is quite bad
though.
