First off, how dare you do mechanical work on a Ferrari without wearing an official 600 $$ Ferrari mechanics shirt. LOL.
I have been waiting for your update on those valves as when we wrote a while back that there were so many good and bad reviews on them that I was unable to pull the trigger on any brand of them. I hope it is an easy fix. Look forward to your resolution to the fuse issue. Q: when does the fuse pop? At the end of the closing cycle maybe? Like these kind of videos, good job.

Loctite might not be heat resistant enough for exhaust, heat is the enemy of loctite

QTP?
LOL THAT IS SHIT!!!
get a different brand my QTPs failed just like yours within a few weeks…..

Since the valve was not opening and/or closing all the way due to an obstruction, the electric motor in the valve assy was obviously binding which caused an electrical current overload condition, resulting in the blown fuse. Find out how much current the valve motor is supposed to draw when opening/closing, then use a fuse rated twice that. That's the safety margin I would use, since it's only protecting that one motor. I would also change that cartridge type fuse/holder in there now, to an automotive blade-type fuse. That cartridge type fuse holder is notorious for falling apart.
Also, heat breaks down Loctite. A torch is used to heat bolts that need to be removed which have had Loctite applied. We heat the shit out of the bolts before removing them on our off-road 4×4 Jeeps, where Loctite on suspension stuff is mandatory.

Just saw your car pictured on the Chive

Whoa… broke already?!?!

Robert Kohut says:

That idle and gentle throttle sounds awesome! Put a spacer each side of the valve that has a hole larger than the pipe ID. About 1/8" thickĀ each side should work out fine.

Peter Joseph says:

Nice job Dan gave you another thumbs up.

Cj Daigle says:

Good work, nice catch on the valve getting bound up.

Fleabite7 says:

Dan, Why didn't you use the factory valve system with a Forza kit?? Much easier ….lighter ….less fabrication. Just install the valves in your custom pipes.

Cana box says:

You might want to try a slow blow fuse.

Vitzz Viperzz says:

Nice work buddy.

Kevin Mcmullen says:

How are those tires in the rain?

Michael Marx says:

Good Job Dan, when you going to work on the Subaru & Mini?
