Why not just use a liquid to top up the valves and see if any bubbles
appear ?????

I have a 2003 chevy tahoe and I replaced the ac compressor, belt, orifice
tube, dryer, flushed all the lines, replaced the rear “orifice” thats
shipped like a “T”, ac condenser, replaced all seals and once its filled up
it blows out ice-cold air but at 1k RPM it starts to fly out of the ac
compressor. Any ideas? I can not find anything about this online. Please
help!! Thanks

What about Teflon before the cap?

a dithmart says:

Nice, just a POP of pressure was all that was let go. So if you recharge a
system and see that you have a leak, then there is a simple solution. I’m
afraid that mine is worse, but nice vid.

Seymour Butz says:

an easier way to find the leak is just spray soapy water at the suspected
area

Do you think that the diy sealant they sell in automotive stores could do
the trick in some cases of leakage?

Where can this tool be bought from? Or is it something that is only found
on the tool truck?

JonnyFlash80 says:

That tool for swapping schraeder valves is pretty damn slick.

John Smith says:

After the valves have been replaced, don’t you have to make sure the system
has a proper charge?

arnoldcustom says:

part 1 of 2 Can you not just use dish soap in a little water and drip over
all connections? Also if your system is dry can you not just use a regular
tire stem remover tool? Also to test for a leak and your system is dry, can
you just all a few ponds of air presser to the system to test? Why I ask,
is my system in a chevy 12 ton 350 1994 4×4

Luis Leyva says:

General Narous says:
