Not putting a drain hole is the worst thing you can do. The reason they rust out there is because they get filled with dirt and it holds moisture.

Dude invest in a good hand held spot blaster ..and make use of the proper rust proofing chemicals from eastwoods …Because rust grapes will RE appear in no time if you don’t .and when ever you mig weld make sure you use Cooper weld thru primer so your welds don’t rust back thru … Because they will …

It’s tricky and I have never done it but you can blend the clear the way you would color then spray a mist coat of fast reducer over the blended part to make the clears kinda blend together then cut and buff.

also blending confuses me somewhat ! I think you must clear the whole panel if you clear part of the panel you have to use a melter I think it is called !
