This video shows you how to install a new made to fit TRQ grille on your 1994-2002 Dodge Ram 2500. Grilles on today’s vehicles are for the most part plastic. And, they are often the first point of contact between your vehicle and rocks, debris, or worse. Because of this, they crack or break easily, and they do actually protect sensitive parts like radiators and air conditioning condensers.
This repair was done on a 2002 Dodge Ram 2500 Base 5.9L Extended Cab Pickup 4-Door 4WD Automatic and the process should be similar on the following vehicles:

You replaced the rusted out mounting bracket for the grill but did not show us how you did it. You just added it at some point. Also, what's with the 4-inch gap between the grill and the bumper for the finished product?

At one time during the initial removal of the bolts along the top of the grill you stated that the plastic backing had broken. I am trying to move the existing grill from a badly damaged hood to a replacement hood from Pull A Part Junkyard. What can I do to either prevent breaking the plastic backing, or can I get a replacement grill from an auto parts store?
