In this video we will cover the steps on how to replace the cabin air filter in a 2009-2018 Ram 1500. We are using a Purolator C25858 cabin air filter. The procedure on the 2017 Ram 1500 in this video is the same for all fourth generation (2009-2018) Ram Trucks. This is a DIY maintenance tip that anyone can tackle. No tools are involved.

Great instructions, does this improve the air conditioning etc? Does it blow cooler? I'm going to check mine tomorrow, I have a 2017 3.6L V6 Ram with 17k miles, and the A/C has been blowing less cold lately. I noticed my engine bay is really dirty with dust everywhere so I'm assuming the cabin filter must be FILTHY! It's really dusty and hot here in Arizona.
