That is not all there is to it. Most people don’t take off the bumper
first. Dumb video. Impractical. It’s a lot harder with the bumper on.

@zx8401ztv ha, yea… i cannot stand onion vehicles! this truck, so far,
has been very easy to work on! I’m actually surprised 🙂

analog56x says:

thats good to know 🙂 cheers man, thanks for the info!

analog56x says:

@brokor1 if i could find a bed for cheap enough, i might later-on…
though, id have to get or build bed mounts onto the frame… being a cab
and chassis truck, it has no provisions for a bed 🙁

zx8401ztv says:

At the start sentence i half expected to see a hammer to come into shot and
hit the light, lol, iv seen too many vids that say the word “fix” but
really mean smash to bits 🙂 Time to splash the inside cavity with primer
lol That looked easy, for a change, some vehicles are a shit to remove
parts off, wrapped up like an onion with many layers of crap to remove, dam
designers!! Nice vid 🙂

Steve Lentz says:

it was a cab and chassis truck, so the frame is longer than a regular truck
bed. he said he wanted to make a flatbed with stacks

zx8401ztv says:

Dam i just posted and i saw you had said the same, yup hammer time 🙂

HORIZONS says:

I really hope you can find a truck box (bed) for this. It would look so
sweet. Best of luck, keep the vids coming!!!

led man says:

When you buy new lights, do they come with that weather guard rubber thing
attached to the side of the headlight already, or do you need to save your
originals and re-attach them somehow? Thanks for the video!

led man says:

cool, thanks for the response. I was just looking on ebay, and it looks
like new lights do come with them.

Ky Andersen says:

thank you it works!

ndchevy says:

I can do it faster!! Lol where’s the hammer??

analog56x says:

@zx8401ztv haha, that would have been hilarious 😛 maybe ill put the broken
light back in, and do another how-to 😛 one involving a hammer 😀

analog56x says:

im not sure… i imagine they would come with new rubber, but i didnt buy
these lights. they came off another truck, and were included with my truck
when i bought it.

analog56x says:

@ndchevy hahaha! 😛 funny man

HORIZONS says:

Well, that shouldn’t stop him. Regardless, even with a flat bed I wish him
success!

Thomas Tepfer says:

i have a serious question….i have a 01 sport and the headlights are all
messed up…some idiot tried to convert it to non sport set up (single
bulb) instead of a sport set up (2 bulbs) the headlights come on and work
just fine except when the lows are on they are very dim and cant really see
anything…almost just like the parking lights are on…an when i turn the
brights on its puts out as if the lows were on…i want to switch back to
sport style, any ideas on where to begin??
