1997 Dodge Ram 1500. I’m curious as to complete dismount and new light
mount.

If you follow the steps in the video, you should have no issues getting the
tail lights off. You can view the parts we sell through the link

You may want to check to see if the hood cable has broke. If the hood
release is easy to pull with no resistance than this may be the case. Hope
