hello, thank you very much, served me well the video. Greetings from Mexico
Do you have a video for this same job on a 2003 mitsubishi eclipse gts?
We currently do not have an auto repair video on that particular
application. You may be able to apply some of the basic steps that are
shown in this video to your vehicle. We do carry new replacement window
regulators on our website 1aauto.com 888-844-3393
quick question. Can you turn manual windows and locks into power windows
and power locks on a 96 plymouth breeze?
Nice video. Hey, I have a problem with my 06 stratus’ driver door lock. It
doesn’t work with the power door locks on the door or with the key fob. It
will only work by hand/ door handle on the inside and with the actual key
on the outside. Do you know what the cause of this is?
If the window is stuck down you can cut the metal cable that the window
regulator pulls up and down. That will allow you to be able to get the
window to slide up and down. You will want to support the window while you
do this or the window will come crashing down.
Thanks for watching. 1aauto.com 888-844-3393
What if the window is stuck all the way down? Can’t move it to remove
regulator.
You may want to check the door lock actuator to see if it’s bad.
Thanks for the video, walked me right through replacing my regulator
assembly on 2006 Chrysler Sebring. Done in under an hour
I have a dodge stratus 2002. 6 cylinder engine. I need replacement part of
the cover only. It broke & I need a new one for the left side. The people
from the auto broke it but didn’t took responsibility for what they did. So
now am stock on buying one. How much would cost me. The window switches are
good. I need the cover only.
You can but it will require regulators that will be able to be retrofitted
to the vehicle without having any issues. The power locks can most likely
be done with the original equipment pulled from a salvage vehicle.
We currently do not carry that particular part. If you visit your local
salvage yard you may be able to get one for a couple of dollars. Hope this
helps you out. 1aauto.com 888-844-3393
