you got the IAC and TPS mixed up TPS is on top and IAC is beneath the TPS
I just bought one of these with a 4.7l
Had the same issues with the town an country mini vans with the 3.8l . Use to carry extra parts in the glove box just for days like this.
Where the IAC is located is in a spot that lets water drip on the connection if the leaves arent cleaned out
oil in the intake? lower gasket.
Yo someone claimed thats the MAF and that is not true. You're right brother, its the MAP sensor, but I know you know that.
Can you find the problem by hooking up your computer and checking for codes?

My 96 Dakota I have changed few map sensors on it have put new computer in it recently it was idling funny turn out just broken coolant temp sensor needs a new temp gauge old 239 in her 3.9 magnum my daddy bought it new timing chain rattle but it has 287,000 miles original motor and transmission and when the timing chain breaks and jumps timing I’ll put new to me motor in it the vacuum on her is terrible it has internal problems so I ain’t spending no more money on that motor
