Iac sensor, hemi has no mass air flow sensor..bad idle could be a vacum
leak, injectors, wires, plugs, dirty or sticking throttle body,..have it
scanned with star scan tool, smoke test, and check fuel pressure
i have a 03 dodge ram 1500 laramie & i had the same problem…but i just
fix it….u have to clean inside the throttle position !!!!!!! thats the
problem its dirty n it had my check engine light on

That’s not a throttle position sensor, it’s an Air Charge Temperature
sensor, it’s like 12 bucks for a new one at auto zone.
It is not hemi throttle position sensor. But SENSOR, Air Temperature, part
number 56028364AA.
I cleaned this part on my truck it runs now but idles crappy any suggestions
DID YOU CHECK YOU AIRFILTER AND MAKE SURE YOU TIGHTING UP ALL FITINGS
