We just went the OBD scanner route to diagnose the problem…just working with the advanced technology, thanks for the comment though and for watching!
Thanks for watching!
You jokers don’t seem to know that you can click the ignition 3 times and it will show you the code on the odometer!!!
This would be much, much better if you would keep your hand out of every freaking frame!!!!
It did initially after I reset the car cpu by taking the negative battery cable off for 10 minutes, but later it came back up because of a loose wire for the camshaft position sensor, I told the owner that could happen and he needed to replace the camshaft position sensor harness because the person that worked on the car before, I did obviously broke it and used a tie end to bootleg keep it together. Thanks for wathcing and let me know if you have any more questions. Please subscribe!
did the check engine light come off after you did this ?
The car was having a hard time starting, it would turn over but hard time starting. When it was working, I took it to autozone for the check engine light and it came up the code for camshaftsensor but it actually ended up being a bootleg wire on the camshaftpositionsensor. Thanks for watching please subscribe, check out my other vids, and let me know if you need some more help!
besides the check engine light.. What made you decide to change the sensor? did the engine run rough or start hard or ping/knock? I have to change one this weekend myself. Just curious. thanks. Virginia,USA
So where’s part 2? Now I gotta look up how much to torque it to lol
