You can switch the drivers foam with the passengers foam. This will give a
fresh firm foam edge on drivers outer side and put the torn section on the
inside of the passengers seat where it will not get much more damage.

be some steps to help reinforce things.

As an update. This fix really only lasted 2 months. I’m going to be
buying a cushion off Amazon for about $100 when I get some spare cash.

I was just given a 94 Ram from my Dad and the whole left shoulder of the
bottom cushion is gone….finding one that is not like this in a Salvage
yard is cost prohibitive. Where did you find the foam….I found a good
adhesive but I want to try to cut in a piece of foam and overlay the joint
with a good strong fabric..and then install the ballistic cordura seat
covers I bought from CoverKing. Thanks for showing me how this all works.
