Before installing the cowl panel, i always put some tape on the wiper lugs in the direction of the blades and test it before installing everything. Don't put everything back together without checking that it works. Otherwise you'll be taking everything apart again.
Can this procedure work on a 2013 dodge avenger
I replaced the switch but still have intermittent wiper issues. Will replacing the motor likely to resolve the issue.
