I have an ’04. I do not have a power mirror – which it looks like the one in the video is a power mirror. I should just be able to pop off the little triangle panel and undo the bolts. Thanks!!!! I am def. going to give this a try.
Thank you so much and it’s good to know that you are an honest person who hates to see people being ripping off like I was. I’m a 50 year old woman and what I did on my car changing the mirror myself with your help of course, I can say again, Shame on Chrysler, I din’t take more than 7 minutes to change the mirror of my car, and Chrysler, wanted to charge me $48.00 for what I just did for free. Thanks again for your amazing videos.

I want to thank you for helping me to save some money. I went to Chrysler other day to replace one side rear view mirror, so they ordered it and they charged me for one mirror $146.00 that I couldn’t believe my ear. Anyway, I thought that the labor was included so when I got there for my appointment, one employee told me that I would have to pay another $48.00 for the labor because the door panel should be removed so I decided not to pay $48.00, I did it myself. just one note… my arm rest was not attached with 10mm bolts, but rather with Torx screws… I think I used a T27 and it worked, but might take something a bit bigger if I’d had it. Not sure if this was unique to the first model year, but I got my car in July of 2000…. Just worth mentioning before someone got into this project without the right tool!
ordered online (on Sat) got the part yesterday, installing today and should be able to get my inspection sticker tomorrow!
