If your “air bag” light is on AND the horn doesn’t work, then the problem is usually the clock spring is broken. Here’s how to replace it.

Thank you for this video. I just changed the clock spring for my dad Dodge
Carava and we saved alot of money . The piece itself was 59 . Thank you
why does it take a dealer over hour and a half too do this and this guy did
it in appox 20 mins great job thanks, i need too fix mine, its a 2002, of
course not in the recall year, too bad Chy didnt resolve the problem with
these instead of .just passing it on to the customer.
Thank You for this video! Worked like a charm. Took me about an hour
including digging the right tools out of my “bag of chaos”. Now the horn
and cruise work again and the airbag light went out…Cost just over $60
for the part and the wheel removal tool.

THE CENTER??
Great video. Clear instructions. The only thing i would add is: make sure
your wheels are straight, when you are doing this. Many many thanks to you
guys!
cars are so complex.
Just google ” Clockspring recall” that should yield some documents
regarding the recall. Sorry, but the system did not permit me leave an
actual weblink on this post.
Chrysler has a lifetime warranty on the clockspring,1996 to 2000 models on
the minivans.Take it to the dealer for no charge.
