I have heard from my neighbor that 2005-2010 chrysler sebring 2.7 are alot
better then the first 2.7s v6. I like the plastic looking wood trim in your
old sebring. To bad you had no choice but give it up.
Just let you know the last of the 2000 line up on a grand caravans and town
and country had the 2001 radio set up my mom was the line manager for
Chrysler minivans for 30 years know. 🙂 good video. About 2000 of them had
that adapter!
Hey, it sounds like you need to Bypass The infinity Amp to make this work.
there should be a kit for this. Some people wire it so the amp still
triggers on..Im actually gonna look into this because Ive seen it done, but
ive never actually done it..Infinity amps are interesting..On my 1998
Caravan Each speaker has its own individual amp for each speaker. excluding
the dash and tweeter speakers…i need to look into this

Walmart and buy the adapters , plug them, and that’s it
I’m a engineer. ANd no, for this install you cannot go to walmart and get
the adapters. what is wrong with you?. If you took the time to watch the
video and actually comprehend what I am doing instead of not being able to
wait to comment negatively on this video you would know that we are
changing the cars factory harness to accept a factory radio replacement. No
matter what, i needed the terminal that went to that factory radio.if it
were a aftermarket radio then you would be correct.

I am trying to bypass an infinity amp on a 1997 sebring any ideas on what
color wire goes to what since they dont make a jumper harness for this car

Hey I have the same car but I installed a aftermarket pioneer radio and it
wont play the radio or any mp3 cds whats the issue?
Thanks. I just bought a 2001 Sebring. I thought the cd player in it was cd
changer because it has buttons to pick disks 1 thru 5. So in the process of
trying to figure out how to get 5 disks in there I thought id try putting 2
cd’s in at once. sucked them right in! It plays the bottom cd just fine.
But it turns out that it isn’t a cd changer after all. Found out hose 5
buttons are to control an optional cd changer add-on that I don’t have.
Unfortunately, now it wont eject the disks.
if my original stereo was blocked because my battery goes dead, can i
install a new stereo (universal sony) without unlock the original?? Thanks

Jweier1, if you can get a long pair of tweezers in there you can pullt he
top cd out. ive done this a few times. is your radio and RDK RBK RAZ
radio??.. you can find this on the display part of the radio should be top
left.. what years is your sebring?. two door or 4 door? because if your
interested i can tell you its pretty easy to put a CD changer in there.
Where did you get the list for the wiring harness? I got one and it never
came with a list to show which colors go together
buy the harness adapter. sometimes they are labeled power antenna or amp
trigger wire.. onyour new radio you should see a blue wire for the amp
trigger. all you need to do is connect every wire from the harness adapter
to the radios harness. and it should turn right out. i dont know the
factory color for this. but i ran into the same problem with my 1998 dodge
caravan.. radio worked but no sound. if im not clear enough PM me on youtube
