BTW, if your window is sluggish, it probably the motor needs the bushing
greased! The tracks, even if they are caked with gunk, are no match for the
power of the motor. Its a darn big one, and its a worm gear drive at that.
It could probably smash a finger good when properly lubricated.

To remove it quick, you will need a 10mm socket, a 1.5ft extension, and a
socket wrench. Rear window needs to be up. Lower your top, then on the side
you want to work on, remove the screw in the ‘top latch’ and swing the
vinyl cover “molding” out of the way some. Use your extension to get to the
one single bolt at the bottom of the motor assembly. Its way down there.
Then, take the two upper ones out. wiggle the entire assembly,
motor/window/track system out all at once and unplug it.

Its for a 95 but i’d bet it would work for any of the motors.

hardest part was getting the brush assembly/plug out…. that thing was in
there good!
