In this second episode on the Murdered Black Candy Lowrider Graphics of our Chrysler 300c, we continue preparing the car for sale by completing the stunning paintwork on the hood. The purple candy graphics, layered over by black candy, are breathtaking and transform from solid black to vibrant shades of purple depending on the light and angle. After polishing the rest of the car to match the newly painted hood, we tackle some mechanical work by replacing the rear differential, which had a slight whine. Despite the challenge posed by a few inaccessible bolts due to poor design, we persevere and successfully eliminate the annoying noise. While working on the rear, we decide to reinstall the lowered springs to level out the car, resulting in an impressive stance. The Bentley-style headlight covers are then prepared, painted, and installed, complementing the newly installed blacked-out Bentley-style grille, giving the car a sinister yet sophisticated appearance. We swap out the engine cover and attempt to replace the seats, only to find that it’s not feasible due to different airbag configurations. With the makeover complete, all that remains is to take it for a test drive, capture some great photos, and list it for sale.
