oftentimes if a power seat doesn’t work it’s because it’s not getting power or its broken completely.
we always hope it’s the first one. because it can be an easy fix such as a fuse…
rule 1 of diagnosing a car! start with your fuses before you get anywhere! gotta make sure everything is intact before assuming the worst.
in this case it happened to be a fuse that burnt out due to being smaller Amp then needed.
we replaced it with the correct fuse and now the seat works like new!

Mines has the same problem but it does move up and down just not forward and backward
What is that other dial next to the seat adjuster?? I’m really curious as to what it does.
