It could be that the vent is not closing all the way. The mechanism needs to be lubed once in a while otherwise it gets stuck. That could likely be the problem.
I have a 2000 sebring, that seems to get every smell from the road that I pass, into it. Including exhaust from cars in front of me when @ a red light. I think somehow, ther is an air leak into the car. Any idea?
