Hey guys! The engine mounts how did you get them to match up with the small block hole's. I got new engine mounts for big block and don't match up with the hole's

So now your going to have to pull the transmission to change the flex plate unless that was a 400 small block. If it was a 350 I hope the motor needs to be 396 or 427 they are internally balanced 400 and 454 are externally balanced you will have a hell of a vibration. Just saying

One thing i noticed was headers its in my humble opinion easiest to install them right along with the mounts and bellhousing actualy before and then set everything down worked out like that on the bbc i have done anyway thanks for the vids nice job fellas

What torque converter did you go with? I’m about to put a crate 454 H.O. in a 77 Malibu with a tightish converter. It has the 6 qt pan. Like your video.
What about the frame mounts? Didnthey need to be changed or whatV
