How much does this normally cost?

When I did this for myself I bought the OEM part and the manual said to use every bit of the lubricant in the packet. Yours did not look like mine when I was done.

What is the name of the piece that you put the key into and turn to start the engine?

@stevencovington4715 says:

Good thing that you tested the pin-to-key match before installing. It would have been SO much fun getting the New lock out of the housing… (SARCASM)

But does it still crank with the key pulling out

@chrisbreezy-ryanbarbosa4320 says:

Just happened to me while I was at work…had to bang on it hard so many times for half an hour to get the pins in the right place so i can turn the key just to start it to get home.
