IVEMER says:

i thought the hummer h3 with the v8 would be reliable….the 3.7l is very terrible

I was thinking of the h3t with the 5.3 v8 would be good since its the same as the silverado

Jay Hockley says:

Heat Frozen bolts to red hot but then let them cool for a several minutes .This will allow the heat to transfer to the surrounding metal and help expand it . If you try and remove a red hot bolt you will twist it off because the metal is too soft .
I learned this from an engine rebuilder who has removed hundreds of frozen/ Rusted bolts .

Johnny Corn says:

If you get a GM get one from the '80s or '90s like a S10 or Silverado, with a vortec motors. So easy to work on simple and effective. I'm still a Toyota guy of course.

NOLL72 says:

On the exhaust manifold thing, I learned years ago that after soaking the capscrews with penetrating oil twice, first try to tighten it first before trying to remove it. That often breaks the rust holding it loose. Then slowly, carefully try to loosen it while paying attention if it doesn't turn. If that doesn't work, then it's time to get out the torch. [Wink.] JMO.

GEAUX FRUGAL says:

Baton Rouge area just had on the news gas $3 a gallon. Not since the Obama administration have we seen gas prices remain around $3. You a truck you pay more.

Here in Louisiana you get on the road 0400-0600 the road has a steady stream of pu truck. They usually are princess rides never a scratch in the bed. All fluffy inside.

Jack Campbell says:

You sound sick, hope everything ok

NOLL72 says:

Hmm, on that Audi question, wouldn't a 'throttle by wire' system problem cause the lag too? Just asking. JMO.

NOLL72 says:

When any company builds an EV that recharges as fast as a person can refuel an internal combustion vehicle, without sacrificing battery life, I might consider one. Until then, they can go p*ss up a rope. JMO.

Joe Herrera says:

IraqiSniper107 says:

Electric vehicles are garbage. Where in the hell are they going to put a charging station for people who live in apartment complexes?

Ashlie Lewis says:

ilovetotri23 says:

My business partner is trying to sell his 2013 FRS. He is getting tons of trade offers. Why don't people come and look and drive cars before they present an offer like they did in the old days?

eric rumpel says:
