Does anyone know how to replace the nut if you drop it down into the door panel? I retrieved it, but need to know how to replace it fast
Definitely going to get some fishing wire. Lol
Working on this job currently right now but looks like I need a new torx nut. A 20 I think it is.
Thing is I opened my door and the grommet is already missing. Someone put a 1 1/2 inch wood screw with a couple free floating nuts on the screw. Needless to say I don’t want to tighten the new door handle without the correct torx screw.
How do I go about finding this screw? Hopefully it can be found on its own without having to buy another door handle.

So I did a dumb thing and took the bolt out and of course the nut fell into the door. How the heck do I get that little square bolt back into the door so I can reinstall the end cap for the rear door handel?!?
