Well done – I worked in the plant that built your Impala in 2007. I thought
you may find this interesting. One Impala ran off the end of the line every
54 seconds with roughly 1800 employees on each shift of a 3 shift
operation. 2016 the impala and Camaro will shift production back to the
USA.

I have cold air blowing on the driver side, and warm air on the passenger
side when the heat is on. The a/c blows cold on both sides. I do NOT have
any clicking noise anywhere under the dash. Is this still the actuator or
something else? I have a 2007 Impala with a 3.5 V6
