You may experience a noise from the front end, you should also inspect the
rubber bushings to see if they’re worn out at all. Hope this helps you out.

If the bushings are worn out you will hear a rattling or ringing noise when
driving straight usually when you hit a small bump, you will not hear the
rattling/ringing noise if you hit a bump in a curve. Sometimes these will
just break and fall out, only a visual inspection will determine that, plus
your truck will “lean” alot in corners.
How does one know when it’s time to replace this part?
They help to stabilize the front end when you’re taking a turn.
