Is this the same process for my 83 z28? also i am looking at a so called
“cap” but it is half the price of the pad, which worries me, because if its
the “cheap” fix in the durability sense is it even worth buying or should i
just get the dash pad?
We currently do not have an auto repair video that shows this particular

You may want to check the linkage on the transmission if it’s an automatic.
If it’s for a Chevy Camaro. You should be able to remove the dash pad as
shown in this Chevy Camaro dash pad replacement auto repair video. Have a
great day. 1aauto.com 888-844-3393

year make and model Camaro.
Thanks for the video! I’m glad it was so easy, I was able to get an
aluminum scraper and reach the rusted VIN number and scrape the rust to
reveal the vin! I read somewhere you had to take the windshield out, it
would be easier to reach the vin, but all the work of removing your
windshield seemed a bit much.

You may want to check the fuse, and also test the wire going to the blower
motor to see if there’s power going to it.
