I recently bought this programmer for the economy level and it does fit my
tuck just pointing that out. The problem is that when i hooked it up i only
get three levels, Trans only, Tow ,and extreme My Truck is a 2000 Ford F150
4×4.

superkunk2 says:

I wonder is it harder or easier on pistons or rings

josh hardy says:

I have an 08 silverado with a 4.8l. i have a Airaid cold air intake,
Poweraid throttle body spacer, and also Magnaflow exhaust. will i see an
improvement in gas mileage with the programmer, or am i done getting my max
fuel economy out of my truck? if i will see a increase in gas millage what
series of edge programmers be best for my truck?

AutoAnything says:

A tuner will help you maximize both power and the fuel economy gains of
your other mods, so you’ll **probably** see an increase in MPG if you add a
tuner, but it’ll depend heavily on your driving style and the terrain you
regularly drive on. The Edge CS and CTS both have fuel economy tunes, along
with towing and performance tunes, so they should be able to cover all of
your driving needs.

AutoAnything says:

To see if this fits your vehicle, just click the 1st link in the video
description (directly underneath the video). That will take you to the
product page on our website: if you can select your vehicle there, it
should work.

Will Weatherhead says:

Will this programmer work on my 1998 gmc 2500 5.7l gas

Ben Benjamin says:

The only thing I want is the same performance with a lot more MPG … If I
buy the programmer on an chevy Tahoe will I be gauranteed results with
normal driving? I have yet to see anyone promise anything other than
performance …

AutoAnything says:

Sorry, but this is a Performance Part. It was built and designed to
increase performance, and often has the side effect of improving MPG, but
as noted above, it’s not guaranteed. Take a look at the Fitch Fuel
Catalyst, it’s sole purpose is to improve MPG. Feel free to give us a call
if you have any questions: 800.544.0518

AutoAnything says:

@outlawshooter750 Improvements to fuel economy depend heavily on your
vehicle and how you drive it, but yes, many of our customers report
improvements in fuel economy, and the average gain is around 2 MPG. Our
site has tons of reviews on the Edge Evolution. If you click the first link
in the video description, it will take you to the Edge product page on our
site. Then select your vehicle, and if we have reviews from other people
with your vehicle, they will sort to the top.

AutoAnything says:

@metalrulz9510 It depends on the year of your vehicle. If it’s 2008 or
older, you get the performance and towing tunes + 1 transmission-only tune.
If it’s a 2009 or 2010, you’ll get econ, performance and towing tunes, but
no transmission-only tune. Hope that helps, let me know if you’ve got any
other questions. Click the link underneath the video if you want to order,
or call us at 800.544.8778

kelly1986 says:

i love this programmer i have gotten 2 mpg more and just tried the towing
level and there is a noteicable change well worth every penny.

Dawson B says:

lol wonder what hes picturing in his head at 0:08 when hes looking at
her…. I bet i can guess cause i was likely thinking the same thing

kyle91chevy1 says:

i recently just ordered the cs for my silverado 5.3 i got it today and
installed it following all the instructions. then i tried programming the
level 1 trans tune only and i followed all the directions it gave me not
missing a single thing. and now for some reason my truck dies whenever i
give it gas. i tried putting it back to stock and the same thing happens.
the customer service said i have to call back tomorrow because they didnt
have enough time to try and fix it today

AutoAnything says:

@kyle91chevy1 Here you go…. – Gains up to 25 hp and 25 ft.lbs of torque –
Shift Points: Not Available – Shift Firmness: No – Rev Limiter: No – Top
Speed Limiter: Yes – Tire Recalibration: Yes – Check & Clear Diagnostic
Trouble Codes: Yes – CARB certified: 50-state street legal (EO #D-541-4)

kelly1986 says:

so does the cs and cts both are able to change your shift points in the
transmission, i liked to get one for my 06 sierra 5.3?

hanratty450 says:

Can I adjust it to bigger tires and still use the towing option or is it
just one or the other

AutoAnything says:

What Year-Make-Model-Engine do you have?

Ben Benjamin says:

An Econ programmer is made and it’s not gauranteed to increase performance?
Why buy it?

Tonydeeroze says:

anybody notice she lost her pants

outlawshooter750 says:

Economy will I’m prove by around 2mpgs?

Ben Benjamin says:

I see no reports on your tests of moderate driving … why should one buy
your product if you have no facts regaurding the economy of the vehicle
your product is for. I see no reports, can you provide them, or are these
programs all just a guess on what might work?

Will Weatherhead says:

It’s a gmc 350 5.7l 1998

metalrulz9510 says:

gotta qustion if i was to get this for my 4.6 ford would i still have the 4
levels? trans eco, towing, extream.

AutoAnything says:

@jcena1986 The programming for both the Edge CS and CTS are the same They
can control shift points on some vehicles, but unfortunately, neither of
them can change the shift points on 06 Sierra. Here’s the information I
have: – Gains up to 25 hp and 25 ft.lbs of torque – Shift Points: Not
Available – Shift Firmness: No – Rev Limiter: No – Top Speed Limiter: Yes –
Tire Recalibration: Yes – Check & Clear Diagnostic Trouble Codes: Yes –
CARB certified: 50-state street legal (EO #D-541-4)

Ben Benjamin says:

Why do you call it an ECON rather than a performance tuner? I would think
that you should have some test vehicles that results were recorded with. As
for fitch, I am not interested in some gadget that has biased testing
without being recorded as in a lab environment. MSD ignition is the only
system I have used that promises performance and gives economy as a by
product … it is approx 5% at most.

AutoAnything says:

@ericaldaba15 The Edge Evolution CS comes with all 4 power levels
pre-installed, which gives you maximum flexibility to tune your truck.
Pricing is dependent on your Year-Make-Model-Engine type. For the most
current pricing, just click the first link the video description (directly
underneath the video) and then select your vehicle. Hope that helps, call
us if you need any help: 800.544.8778

AutoAnything says:

No, it won’t do that.

kyle91chevy1 says:

If i have a 2004 silverado 5.3 what settings would it have?

Jacob Vandevender says:

Will this programmer be able to change the shift points on a 2002 dodge
1500 5.9l v8 w auto trans 4×4

AutoAnything says:

To see if this fits your vehicle, just click the 1st link in the video
description (directly underneath the video). That will take you to the
product page on our website: if you can select your vehicle there, it
should work.

Coy Horsman says:

will this programmer reinstall the pats security program on 1997 FORD
EXPIDITION?

Tungsten23 says:

How much for this specific model programmer?

Will Weatherhead says:

I bought one but can’t get the economy, towing and any other settings to
show up?

AutoAnything says:

No one will guarantee fuel economy gains, it depends **Heavily** on your
driving habits, the vehicle you drive, the engine under the hood and any
other mods installed… even your geographic location and elevation are
factors. There are a lot of variables that go into fuel economy. However,
most of our customers report gains in MPG, some report no gain or loss, and
a very small amount sees a decrease in MPG. I’d recommend reading through
the reviews on our site, they can be very helpful.

nattyking09 says:

Big tits!

Eric Aldaba says:

whats the price on level 2?

AutoAnything says:

Yes, you can adjust for bigger tires and run the towing tune at the same
time.

AutoAnything says:

@jcena1986 I did check some of our other power programmers, and it looks
like the Superchips Flashpaq, Hypertech Max Energy and the Diablosport
Predator can change shift points on the 06 Sierra’s with the 5.3L engine.
Hope that helps. If you’d like to make a purchase, please give us a call at
800.544.8778, or visit our website: we guarantee you’ll get the lowest
price for 1 year after your purchase, and we include Free Shipping for all
power programmers!
