The Maxxair Fan Deluxe (Model 7000k/75000k) is a great choice for a van build. It has a rain guard, a remote control and best of all it’s quiet! I’ll show you how we installed it and the challenges we had along the way.

I hope you’ll respond to this. I just installed a fiberglass high top on my van. And I would like to ask , how did you frame it?? As in something to screw the tongue and groove cladding into the roof? Did you glue battens to the roof? I can see here you didn’t have any framing in the middle of the video when you were cutting the hole for the fan, and then suddenly you had cladding on mid way and I could see some battens .. possibly? Can you quickly explain what it is you did to get battens in your roof? Glue? What did you use?
Thanks in advanced!!
add icecream to your freezer
So cool watching your dad help you… I love spending time with my dad
How are you dealing with adding all that extra weight to this van? Do you burn more gas or need special permits? How about car inspections? Would love some info about this stuff so I know before I start.
My Fantastic fan makes the same noise when it opens
Thanks for sharing
Your so funny I am in CA too. I just started following you just moments ago and viewed 6 of your videos lol. Your pretty funny to watch. Makes me smile
I love your additude about the set backs. Just love the way you do things
No disrespect. But I use the terms Babydoll for Girls and Bubba for Boys. It's who Iam ..!
Hey , BabyDoll ..! If you need small parts for your van , like the visor clip. You can go to a auto pull your parts. And get it for couple of bucks . You can call a dealer and find out what years , use the same parts. Makes it easier to locate what you need.
People make magnetic covers for the fan. Just put a magnet in each corner and maybe one in the middle of each side. It also creates a black out if you make it thick and dark material.
When will a van trip video be available?
Nice to see a install that wasn't super simple. We learn more from watching problem solve videos sometimes.
