Should have welded it instead of just tacking it. don't get me wrong I mean you did do a great job and it looks good but tack weld and fiberglass a thin sheet is just not that safe in my opinion
As far as structure should of 100% welded it all the way around… fiberglass is great but really it’s just a bandaid. Full weld and some all metal then heavy filler finish it off with some glaze. Looks good though man.
