The reason it is a 96 that was assembled 10 of 96, is it was the final production year for the Fleetwood, and they assembled the cars until they used all the parts to assemble them. Manufacturers often use leftover previous year parts. I had a early year production 92 thunderbird, but it had the 91 front bumper.
I have a 1960 cadillac fleetwood limousine series 60. Its a huge 18ft car. She needs work, but it ran and drove on its own up the street. Lol shes a family heirloom at this point lol

The pull down is an easy fix. Couple hundred dollars for the motor on rock auto at least for the one on my 94 Deville
