I had a Rogue 2013 from new, tranny went at 192k. It finally died at 310k. Yes, cvt's are problematic. Mostly because people do not know how to drive them. They keep acting like it is a regular automatic transmission. Fluid changes and driving sensible will.make them last. Just because it says nissan doesn't mean its junk. The 3 cylinder rogue i will not touch because of the variable compression. That is a joke. But overall they are just as good as any other brand.
I had a 2020 Rouge with 178K, it was a company car. Fleet service would do oil and filter every 10K, air filter every 20K, would not service the transmission. No issues at all. I drove it easy, no fast starts.
Is this specifically a human trait to create something that takes that much energy and resources and create a piece of junk that then needs to use more energy and resources to recycle/scrap it? What a waste
You know whats crazy? How can noone create a similar transmission replacement… that the computer maybe recognizes like original cvt, and just drop in? We got after market for the smallest things like damn, imagine someone figuring that out, entire transmission replacement.. #billionaire

John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life,"
This guy hates Nissan more than Garfield hates Monday
