Thnx alot

MR.TOPO says:

JUST TAKE THE HEADLIGHT OFF, PUT IN TO THE TRASH CAN AND PUT A NEW ONE
,THIS IS WASTE OF TIME .

CrimelabS says:

i found out that its faster and cleaner using masking tape or painters tape
to tape the area where you don’t want silicone to stick and just apply the
without the needle. Scrape off the excess with your finger and remove the
tapes.

Harry Pena says:

Trash it out get new one

rukasu01 says:

Lol I have this problem too. Im going to try this on the weekend. Worse
comes to worse, I end up dropping a paycheck on a new assembly. I dont have
an air compressor, so would a hair dryer work? Also, I have a black car and
I am afraid that white silicon would end up looking like hammered dogshit.
Would it matter if I get a black silicon based sealant instead?

alrightythen888 says:

just REMOVE the light? yeah, that’s easy. Not.

zerocool1ist says:

I own a pontiac grand am 94 and the orginal head lights have nvr gone out
its about to be 2014 BUILT TO LAST! I like how it takes too sec to change
the bulb on my old shit if the headlight did go out pop the hood unclip
unscrew bad bulb insert new done dont even need 1 tool.

Frank Contreras says:

It’s a bunch of crap that you would have to do this, bad design, and
workmen ship. I fought this problem in the past.
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

ilexproductions says:

This should work for a mazda 3 sp? Mine keeps fogging up every time I wash
it or when it rains alot.

hatfez says:

Sorry, but that is not silicon caulk, but a clear latex caulk. It comes out
white, drys clear. I would use clear silicone caulk, as latex will break
down faster.

Martin Philips says:

You can buy syringes to feed baby birds at many pet stores. They don’t have
a needles so you don’t have to worry about unforeseen accidents (like kids
running out of the house to see what you’re doing).

Thank you for the video. I have one foglight that has condensation in it.
I’m going to seal both of them tho.

Snicker60515 says:

Did sealing that headlight with silicone actually work? Has there been no
more moisture buildup inside the headlight????

therocker look4truth says:

good thinking

Mike Mccool says:

Thanks…and nope on the parts!

Rico Ninjaneer says:

Awesome video, thanks. I know this wont seal the light but for a quick fix
can you just take out the bulb and use a blow dryer to dry it out?

Sanford Heard IV says:

How do can you get the condensation out of the headlight of a 2003 Mustang
GT. Any ideas or suggestions.

LuckyLucidity says:

I know! Lol, how cool. It looks just like my meat marinade injector. You
can look for them on Amazon.

bludika says:

if you take out the headlight out to leave it out in the sun or just air
dry in a warm place, does the water leave any water spots inside the
headlight?

Mike Mccool says:

It Blows! No pun intended:)

Mike Mccool says:

In my experience which has been several headlight repair jobs…. 100%
satisfaction….But I can’t guarntee your repair… check out my website
(link in the discription) …it does give you the steps to be sure your
headlight needs to be sealed…. later

Thanks bud… the songs called “kitty in the window” by Podington Bear

jbMiami says:

Thanks. I actually tried sealing one of them to compare – putting bead
around plastic lens. It looks like it’s done the job, compared to the other
one. Now if I’d only used silicone that wasn’t so old it will not dry. lol

jbMiami says:

Did this work, permanently? My turn signal housing keeps getting
condensation on inside, and it had actually filled up over time, to reach
the bulb. It looks like the seals are fine, and only has openings for light
sockets. I’m not sure if a seal will stop condensation (caused by
temperature differences inside and out of light). Thought about drilling a
vent, and/or a drain. Def. not spending $400 on new lights.

Liam L says:

I heard u can do it by drilling a small hole in the headlight

humdidoadi says:

Brian taylor says:

how does the pencil works does it suck in the water or blows out like a
hair dyer

kr0nixx says:

Local heroin dealer

Mike Mccool says:

Well if you don’t have a leak then all you need to do is get the moisture
out, you can try pulling the bulbs on a warm day and see if it evaporates.
If that doesn’t work then I have the air pencils available on my site but
you will need a compressor:)

Matt Drasal says:

Where did you get the needle from?

IsawaTadaka7 says:

All that just to take the lenses off? And people wonder why I hold onto my
24 year old car…

Butlrm01 says:

If my headlight is HID, does this technique still apply? Or do I need to
also replace the ballast? Not a car person whatsoever but if doing this can
save me
