There could be a short in the wiring somewhere. You may also want to check the taillight swtich to see if hs gone bad.
The taillight on the right side of my 96 cadillac deville isnt working. Whenever i step onto the brakes the right brakelight completely goes dim. Even when i dont step on brakes the right side still looks dimmer than the tailight on the left side. Basically. right taillight is dimmer, when i press on the brakes the right brakelights goes really dim almost as if they get turned off. Please help me kind sir.
