How to Install Cadillac Under the Hood Insulation Pads

When it comes to Cadillac hood insulation pads, it’s always a good idea to have them. They’re great for your vehicle and make your under the hood appearance look more satisfying. In this video, Bob will show you how to install the hood insulation pads, along with the hood to shroud rubber piece for the 1964 Cadillac Eldorado.

Why you should have hood insulation pads:
1. They reduce engine noise, providing a quieter drive
2. They help under hood paint last longer
3. They retain engine heat that helps emission system components
4. They allow warm air to reach your cabin vents sooner
5. They suppress engine fire if one shall occur, allowing you more time to escape your vehicle (hopefully this never happens!)

If you have any questions, feel free to ask them in the comments below.
