Do you want to replace Spark Plugs and Spark Plug wires so you can do an easy DIY tune-up on your 2004 Cadillac Escalade with a 6.0 engine that uses a square block coil? I will show you how much it costs and how easy it is to replace your spark plugs and spark plug wires and some simple tricks and tips you should do. This applies to all 2005 GMC Yukon and 2000 to 2006 GMC, Truck, Yukon, Denali, Suburban, and Tahoe. I’ve had this vehicle for about three months and it runs perfectly,. About 4 days ago I started to notice when I accelerate it hesitates, the first thing that came to my mind was that the fuel pump may be going out. I could do a fuel pressure test to make sure that it is a fuel pump. But I don’t know when the last time this vehicle had a tune-up and wires replaced. So I decided to change the spark plug wires and spark plugs and fuel filter first, just to rule that out. repair pal says the average cost for a 2004 Escalade spark plug replacement and wires is between $250 and $350. Labor costs are estimated between $132 and $167 while parts are priced between $95 and $112. This Estimate does not include taxes and fees. You have a 6.0 engine is going to cost you more. So as you can see you can save some big money if you do it yourself. You can get these parts at Autozone or costless auto parts or on amazon or eBay. So this is a video of how I changed out the spark plugs and spark plug wires. But I’m 90% sure it’s probably going to be the fuel pump or system. So stay tuned for the next video.
