yeah I did everything on tried everything nothing is working on this Cadillac 2013 I looked up on the internet I see a lot of people having the same problems
Thank you so much my screen froze and the dealer told me it would be 1100 to replace my hmi module. I did this and my screen is working like new again great vid bro!
After nearly having the vehicle for 3 years (warranty expired already) my fiancé's 2013 ATS Cadillac Cue freezes all of a sudden. Months pass after we've tried the tips and tricks provided online, and still nothing. About a month ago, while messing with the keys trying to get it to work again, only the half top of the Cue responds. The top keys on the Cue work but not the A/C or bottom keys. We know the problem isn't the screen because the backup camera responds every time we place the gear on Reverse, but only half the screen works!!!! It's incredibly frustrating and highly annoying. I used to want to own a Cadi… I don't think I want one anymore.
