If you haven’t finished the roof yet. Its a good idea to remove the rear
window panel (its plastic and is held on by rivets) because if the vinyl
failed, water could have got in and pooled where the back panel and body
meet on the trunk mechanism crossmember. I pull the roof off mine and the
crossmember was screwed to the point where the rear window was holding
together what was left.

alll i have to do is paint it and i also want to put a vynil top on it but
dont have a clue as to where to find material,

10litre/10km. The gas prise in sweden is the same as there you are. that’s
np, the gas is practical not more expensive today than it was 50 years ago,
you earns a lot more now than 50 or 30 years ago. if you look at the
avarege salary 40 years ago and compare with the gas prise, it’s more cheap
now tha then! so, fuel prize, don’t think about it! 🙂

think their was any problems with ur vynal top, it looked super clean in ur
other vids of ur caddy i always wondered what it might look like if i ever
striped the vynal top off i hope u make a vid on installing ur new one on!

i just gotta have! its the ultimate sleeper AND you can haul lots of stuff
in it! just slap some f-body heads, make it a true dual exhaust oh i would
love to have one!

Towncar executive series with a vinyl top also and im trying to get rid of
the vinyl, but seeing this video makes it look like its not an easy job!
have you sanded it down yet or painted it? is there any update? I want to
take mine to the shop but i heard its expensive =/ not sure, anybody have
advice? thanks
Do you know where to get a new top for a Brougham? I’ve been looking but
can’t find them. I need to find a new top and the trim around it, new body
fillers, new chrome trim all the way around the car… She needs a lot of
TLC!

@tjampe Well, it is not so cheap at least for me (only i will pay the gas
🙁 and my work distance is so long) and keeping 6 cars is not so cheap.
When my current BMW project is somewhat ready, i will buy antoher. I have
couple choises: Cadillac Brougham, BMW 750iAL E-32 or import Toyota
Soarer/Nissan Stagea. I don`t know how long by current project will take
because i have been busy with research projects and studies. Hopefully in
couple of years.

Yea… Find a woody delete roadmaster wagon! RARE… Or an olds Custom
Crusier like I have,, But they are slow with the TBI engine. the 350 TBI
isnt too bad though.. Dynomax Ultraflows sound cool on the LT1. I have them
on my impala.
