4:30 is it possible to remove these panels without doing everything else? I want to remove them to get to the LED rope light in the dash yo change the color. Thank you!

About Business says:

I strongly recommend doing a reassembly video for putting the cue unit back in and most importantly putting surrounding pieces back together. It's hard to remember how some of the things lined up when putting back together.

Good day, do you have a video for an Escalade? 2016 model

I am having trouble taking the back ac vent cover off on my 2018. Does it supposed to come off like the earlier models?

Fish R Relaxing says:

While doing this go ahead and replace that USB port for the fast charge version that comes in newer vehicles..

M. Gibbs says:

There is no 2nd video in the description below.

Ria Lee says:

There aren't any more on the website when will u be in stock?

Colleen Holmes says:

The 3rd ashtray screw also got me. Instead of struggling with it, I removed the screws on the side that hold the leather panel in place. This gave enough room to pull apart the ashtray compartment on either side and remove the two dash panels. Make sure you have enough light to see the ashtray compartment to pop it apart. After that work around, everything else went smoothly and the screen replacement was easy. It did take a long time due to the ashtray screw, but well worth saving the 2K. Very happy to have it functional again! Thank you for the great video.

Nesha Nelson says:

Hidden ashtray screw got me for awhile! All that huffing and frustration with the ratchet and flexible extension but a straight ratchet and deep 7mm bolt fits into that oval slit in the plastic there that blocks the hidden ashtray screw. It doesn't look like it but it gets you a straight shot to just turn your tool as your normally would. At the end slow down and the screw won't fall into the car. There is enough plastic base in there where it'll kind of hang. I took some long kneck pliers and reached around the plastic and grabbed the screw. Now I'm stuck at the step after. Still happy I have my 1500 and dignity though. Lol

Wheeler Wheeler says:

Thank you CueScreens. I am happy with the product quality, the customer technical support videos, and the very reasonable price for the screen kit. Even though I luv you guys I hope to never do business with you again, because I will never buy another Cadillac.

SomerledDesign says:

I just finished my '15 XTS Luxury and it worked the first time! I can see why you have shown the panels and parts already loosened as the language would not be appropriate for all audiences. The only hard part for me was the Rear Climate control panel. The line had put a little more goop on the center console leather causing it to be a little stickier. That was really the only hard part of the removal.
The screen swap in the module was uneventful, with all of the tips in that video.
Thank you for a great product and fantastic video support!

dvestments says:

My screen finally does not work at all anyone in the cleveland Ohio area that can replace . Help me please

Cassie Finch says:

Does anyone know how to remove just the cup holder on a Cadillac xts 2013. I want to clean it so bad

Terry Brown says:

Changed my screen today on my '15 XTS and it works great. Watch the video and do it step by step. Thankyou

Peter Sherwood says:

Thanks for the install instruction video, managed to get it all done but had some issues because of the time between removal to check the screen type, ordering it and delivery. Got a couple of screws left over but all seems to work fine, good to find all but for where it says watch the second video below! Couldn't find that 2nd. Video!
