2008-2013 Cadillac CTS Headlight bulb replacement- EASY and SAVE MONEY!

2008-2013 Cadillac CTS Headlight bulb replacement- EASY and SAVE MONEY!

In this video, I replace low beam headlight bulbs on a 2010 Cadillac CTS. The low beam size is H11. A lot of newer cars make changing headlight bulbs much more complicated than needed. By watching this video, I hope it gives you some confidence to do this job (or any newer car) on your own and save the hefty dealership/repair shop cost.

Kenneth Albert says:

Probably wise to replace all 4 bulbs, each time, due to PIA replacement.

I do not know what the dealer would have charged but I am sure it would have been in the $500 plus range to replace two bulbs. Thank you for the video, good information showed each step and turned an otherwise very difficult job into one that most people could manage.

D0PEMAN86 says:

hello guys can someone tell me what is the name of the light that is next to the headlight? it comes on only when the fog lights are turned on. Not the fog lights on the bottom of the car. They are part of the headlight assembly. Thank you very much

Learn To Cook Keto STAY KETOFIED says:

Hate to tell you, but I just bought two new headlights for $250. If I have to reinstall, they will help the car look brand new, and last another 10 years, rather than replacing bulbs only.

Calvin Flood says:

Man you saved me over $500 the stealership must be out of there mind. Followed your video and was able to change the bulb in under a hour. Thanks

Raymond Ladue says:

Man thanks a lot I've got a Cadillac CTS and that's what they told me to you got to pull the whole clip off to change the bulbs and I didn't believe it either I haven't changed my yet or had to but thank you

Ashleigh Olvera says:

40 yo mom of three here… really appreciated your video, I was able to change out both headlights! No power tools, and was out in the front yard with a headlamp, but got the job done. Thanks again!

Mario and Virginia Granado says:

What ever happened to old school where you don't have to dissemble the whole car to change the headlights thank God for 50 mercury

This was really helpful!

House Bill says:

I've got a 2011 CTS Coupe with top left parking light out, plus the windshield washer pump that leaks out whatever you pour into it. Nice video, this helps a lot! I'll probably need to remove the whole bumper I think to get to all this. I might replace all the bulbs while I have it off, depending on cost. Thanks for the video.

Orlando_MiA says:

Why the fuck do you have to take off the bumper for a headlight bulb?

Paul N says:

$525 at the shop…

Bob Scorpion says:

Good reason not to buy a Cadillac

Cameron Eskola says:

And I’m worried I’ll break or bend my bumper if I pull to hard

Cameron Eskola says:

My bumper is caked in dirty inside and at 4:38 my bumper won’t budge like that

Melody Rose says:

So was it just a 7 and a 10 you used ?! Thanks, very helpful video!

Frank Cicerello says:

Where in NY are you guys ?

Sounds to me like Eri Von is a little bitter/pissed because he didn’t get to see that beautiful girl in the video.. some people need to just keep it moving, keep comments to themselves and stop judging.. clearly this is someone that has to have a comment for everything. vp customs you don’t need that negativity following your channel anyway.. your videos are great, informative and entertaining keep the awesome content coming!!

Eri Von says:

I'd consider subbing and watching your videos. but I see you main goal is dragging people to look at the women in all of your screen shots. pimping her for views makes not a great channel. buh bye.
