Look at :26 you can see the water pump outlet facing the intake manifold I
suggest get a hanes book
@calirider the thermostat is above the water pump its on the intake
manifold . This is a 307 Oldsmobile engine
Where exactly is the thermostat located, kind hard to tell in the vid

you 4ur great videos they’re very helpful to do maintenance on my Lac!
also im not sure maybe people at gm were screwing the system lol. i know my
vac lines when i replaced many of them they were like 1 ft long when it
only went like 3 inches or so .crazy
it took since i started working at about 12 and i was done by 3 so it took
a hour and half or so to get to that damn core.
