This is great, but what would you recommend if NONE of the windows are rolling up or down? I checked all fuses and are ok. Do you think it may need new wiring throughout?

Wind was a big problem today. People who do this for a living use what they call a ‘dead cat’ which is a fuzzy rug-like device that slows air flow across the mic. A lavallier mic (hardwired or wireless) which is covered with foam and gets closer to the source of your voice, might also be an option.
This is a nice review. I usually try silicone paste along the window guides, in case the motor is slow because of high resistance. Another option with an old car is to swap the motor to the back.
