I went to sears to get wipers, and they could not figure out how to get mine off. I found your video, went to the BUICK dealership, bought them and the sales guy put them on, they went FWAP FWAP FWAP, and I told him NO WAY, this is wrong. He took one off, turned it upside down and then it was quiet. Then I went back to SEARS and showed the guy how to take off these wiper blades. THANK YOU!!! You saved me time, money, and getting messed up by the idiots at the dealership! Cost me $26.
