You should have the code pulled from the computer as this should point you in a direction as to what may be causing the issue.
Question for you, I’m having a problem where my check engine light is flashing on and off consecutively. The engine shakes quite a bit more than usual when it is idle, and it seems to be having trouble upshifting when driving. I had been lead here with a little research online, but all of the Ignition Coils were replaced not too long ago. Any other things that should be checked with an issue like this? Thanks! Thought i would ask a simple question. I have a 1992 Buick Lesabre 3800 series 1 with this triple coil design. This engine start on first crank (160,000 miles) sometimes not even a full crank of the engine. Is it because of the triple coils or something else in the ignition system, just curious.
