455 Build, the Block and Crank back from Machine shop. Assembly Started.

The Big Block Buick is back from the machine shop. The block was checked and line honed. The two crankshafts I had were checked for straightness and magnafluxed. They cut the one crankshaft to 0.010 under and the other one I will sell. When I brought the parts home, I washed and cleaned the block and sprayed it down with WD40. The next day I started assembly. But first, I cleaned the journals on the crankshaft. All went well after that until I was putting in the last bearing half on the last rod install. Watch the video to see what happened! All was rendered and the short block is complete. Next up is the timing cover, oil pan, heads, and intake.
