I may have missed this but were the alpha one speakers already installed or did they just switch the amp from stock? I am in the process of converting to all alpha one – already have the under seat speakers installed and waiting for the rest of the speakers to arrive next week. Hope the sounds is drastically improved and there is no need for the amp yet. Hope the door install isn’t too bad.

x6 harman kardon is awful
I have a Mercedes’ and a 2021 bmw4 with 16 speaker system I paid extra. Bmw sound sucks in comparison. It misses everything in terms of sound, no bass and sound separation. Real bad sound
Hello, I had a quick question on my s688a sound system. Recently bought a mechanic special 2012 f30 335i. Found the amp to be damaged from some type of liquid. So I bought an exact replacement off ebay(model be b104). I've installed the new amp and still have no radio/gong sounds. I've checked all fuses, amp and combox fiber for red light, headunit has tones, knob allows me to mute/unmute, radio and Bluetooth shows what's being played and timer. I'm at a complete loss and not sure what to check next. Is it possible my new replacement amp requires programming to my car(not sure what it came out of previously). Motor is removed so the ecu isn't wired in atm. Also the battery in it holds a poor charge but I keep it trickle charged so I can tinker on it everyday while I wait for motor to be repaired.
Any suggestions would be most appreciated!

Anything “easy” for the G82 M4 with Harman Kardon? I feel that the F82 was better.
F15 X5 16speaker Harmon Kardon, no fancy EQs, treble at 10% and bass at 60% volume from 40 to 70%

Great video ! Can you please advise what have the bigger impact, changing the amp or changing the speakers? I m planning to do both eventually but im on the tight budget atm. Thanks
